The lawn is never the problem — the schedule is

Grass in the valley runs hard from May through September. Miss a week in July and you are not mowing, you are recovering: clumps in the catcher, scalped high spots, clippings all over the drive.

We come on the same day each visit, cut at a height the heat can handle, edge the hard lines and blow the walks down before we leave. No clippings on the sidewalk, no bags left at the curb.

What a lawn mowing visit includes

Everything on this list is part of the job — not an upsell once we are on site.

6 things, every visit

  • Mowed to the right height

Cut high enough to hold moisture through a Utah summer.

  • Edged and line-trimmed

Drives, walks, beds and fence lines cut in clean.

  • Blown down

Walks, patio and driveway cleared of clippings before we go.

  • Clippings hauled off

No bags left at the curb waiting for green-waste day.

  • Same day each visit

Weekly or every-other-week, on a schedule you can plan around.

  • Gates left as found

Latched behind us every time — pets stay where they should.

How mowing is priced

Mowing is priced per visit, based on how long the property takes and how often we come. Tell us the address and roughly the lot size and we will price it on the phone.

Give us the address on the phone — we can usually see enough to price the visit without coming out first.

Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Lot sizeThe actual cut area, not the parcel — a half-acre lot with a big footprint mows like a small one.
  • How oftenWeekly costs less per visit than every-other-week, because the grass never gets away from us.
  • ObstaclesTrees, beds, play sets and trampolines all add trimming time around them.
  • Slopes and stripsPark strips, steep banks and awkward side yards take hand work a mower cannot do.
  • Gates and accessA narrow gate means the small mower, which takes longer than the ride-on would.
  • First cut conditionIf the lawn is long when we start, the first visit takes longer. After that it settles into the normal rate.

Our guarantee, in one sentence

If we miss a strip or leave clippings on your drive, call us and we come back — no charge for putting our own work right.

Licensed and insured, and the same crew every visit — so there is never a question of who is responsible for putting it right.

Mowing season in the valley

Utah grass runs hard and then stops. What your lawn needs in July is not what it needs in April, and the schedule should follow that.

  • April–May: growth takes off. Weekly starts here, and the first cut is usually the longest visit of the year.
  • June–August: heat stress. We cut higher so the roots keep their shade and the lawn holds moisture between waterings.
  • September–October: growth slows and every-other-week is usually enough right through to the final cut.

Lawn Mowing questions

Weekly or every other week?

Weekly through the growing season keeps the cut clean; every other week works in spring and autumn or on slower lawns. We will tell you honestly which one your yard needs.

Do you take the clippings?

Yes — they leave with us. Nothing is bagged and left at the curb.

Do you mow when it has rained?

If the grass is too wet to cut cleanly we move you to the next dry day rather than tear up a soft lawn.

Can you do my windows on the same visit?

That is the point of using one crew. Ask when you call and we will schedule the window cleaning alongside the mow.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need gate access and the dogs inside. Gates are latched behind us every time.

How am I billed?

Per visit, at the price quoted on the phone. No contract to sign and no charge for a visit we did not make.
