How gutter cleaning is priced
Gutters are priced by the run and the reach. A single-storey ranch and a three-storey with steep roof pitch are different jobs, and we would rather say so on the phone than surprise you on the day.

Gutter Cleaning questions
How often do gutters need clearing?
Twice a year for most homes — late spring after the blossom drop, and autumn once the leaves are down. Homes under mature trees usually want the autumn visit late, after the last drop.
Do you flush the downspouts or just scoop?
We flush every downspout with water and confirm it runs clear at the bottom. Scooping alone leaves the blockage where it does the damage.
What happens to the debris?
It goes in our truck and off your property. Nothing gets raked into the beds or left in bags.
What if you find damage up there?
We tell you and send photos. No pressure, no invented repairs — you decide what to do with the information.
Do I need to be home?
No — we need side access and somewhere to set ladders safely. You get the photos afterwards either way.
Is it safe to just do it myself?
Plenty of people do. The difference is that we are insured for the ladder work and do it every week, which matters most on second and third-storey runs and steep pitches.
